Happy with it? Pay the secure invoice and your parts go straight into production.

File bigger than 10 MB? Two ways round it.

  1. Zip it first — this fixes it nine times out of ten. STL files compress by 70–85%, so a 90 MB model usually becomes about a 15 MB zip, and one zip can hold as many parts as you like. Windows: right-click → Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder. Mac: right-click → Compress.
  2. Or paste a share link from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer into the link box on the form. No size limit at all.

Common questions

How many files can I send at once?

Up to ten, each up to 10 MB. Need to send more, or bigger ones? Zip them — a single .zip counts as one file and can hold as many models as you like — or paste a share link to a whole folder.

My file is bigger than 10 MB. What now?

Zip it. STL files are plain text underneath and compress by around 70–85%, so a 90 MB model usually becomes about a 15 MB zip. If it's still too big, upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer and paste the link into the share link box — there's no size limit that way at all.

How much will my parts cost?

Price depends on how much material your models use, how long the printer runs, the material you choose and any finishing work. Small parts often land between $8 and $30; larger or high-detail pieces cost more. Your quote spells out every line so you can see exactly what you're paying for — and you can ask us to adjust the spec to hit a budget.

Can different parts use different materials or colours?

Yes. Pick "different materials per part" in the material dropdown and spell out what you want in the parts list box — file name, material, colour, quantity. We'll quote each line separately.

Is the quote really free?

Yes. Quoting costs you nothing and you are under no obligation. If the price doesn't work, just tell us and we'll suggest ways to bring it down, or you can walk away.

What if my model has problems?

We check every file before quoting — wall thickness, non-manifold geometry, overhangs, floating shells, features too fine to resolve. If something will fail, we tell you in the quote and suggest the fix. Simple repairs are usually free; bigger design work is quoted separately.

Do you keep or share my files?

No. Your files are used only to produce your order and are never resold, shared or published. Ask us to delete them after your order ships and we will.

How long does printing take?

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days of quote approval. Large batches, multi-part assemblies and painted finishes take longer — your quote will give you a firm date. Rush service is available.

Can you print something I don't have a file for?

Often, yes. Describe the part in the notes field with dimensions and photos if you have them, and we'll quote the modelling work alongside the print.
