Refund policy
Cancellations
If you cancel any part of your order within 7 days and it has not shipped, a 5% admin fee of the order value will be deducted from your refund. The admin fee accounts for third party fees including payment processing fees. If the product is out of stock, you will not be charged any fees unless it is a backordered item.
If you cancel any part of the order that has already shipped, or you are is refusing delivery, or this is a buyer's remorse return then:
There is a minimum 20% restocking fee, unless the shipment comes visibly damaged*
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and delivery (outbound) charges.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product arrives damaged or does not function as expected:
1) Do not attempt to dissamble, repair, replace, alter, or change the machine in any way as this will void your warranty.
2) Contact us at info@3dprintiverse.com and send a video or photos of all relevant issues within 10 days or receiving your order. do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before reaching out to us first, as a return authorization is required beforehand.
3) Once we determine what the issue is, we will either send you a replacement part if it determined to be a manufacturer error. In this instance we cannot guarantee we will cover cost of shipping. All duties for imported part or products are paid by you, the customer.
4) Within 10 Days of Receiving your Product by emailing your proof of purchase and reason for return to info@3dprintiverse.com Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before reaching out to us first, as a return authorization is required beforehand.
5) If you damaged the machine, we will send you a replacement part at cost and you will pay for shipping.
6) Product Must Be Unused and in Resale-able Condition: Must be in original box (no damaged items).
7) Return tracking number: Must be provided once our a return authorization is issued
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY MACHINE THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED AND RETURNED PRIOR TO OUR ASSISTANCE
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not accept returns for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on the following
-Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.
-Downloadable Software is not eligible for refund.
-Book or Printed Material are not eligible for refund.
-Perishable Items, such as Filaments or Resin of any kind that have been opened or used are not eligible for return and/or refund.
Manufacturer's Return Policy:
Each manufacturers' return policy may vary and we ultimately adhere to their policy (they override ours).

Damages:
All products are packed securely and in a reliable manner. Sometimes the packaging may get dented in transit. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@3dprintiverse.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
1) Please inspect the product packaging when it arrives and do not accept it from the carrier if it is damaged.
2) Once the product is delivered and signed for, we no longer have the authority to file a claim with the shipping carrier (standard US shipping procedure).
In the rare instance the product inside is damaged, please do not worry as we will work with you to resolve the situation. Photo evidence must be sent to info@3dprintiverse.com
Product Disclaimer:
Product pictures and specifications may vary with the actual product on occasion.
Some products require assembly or possibly adjustments/modifications/minor fixes to function to the customer's satisfaction.
Those that require assembly will come with a manual or video resources.
Professional assembly/expertise may be required (depending on the customer’s experience and abilities). Please note 3dprintiverse or 3dprintiverse.com do not pay/reimburse for any labor/service costs if:
1) The product is taken to a professional
2) Customer decides to adjust/modify/fix the product themselves using warranty and non-warranty parts.

2) Next, you may contact the manufacturer or distributor. Note that 3dprintiverse, or 3dprintiverse.com must be kept in the loop of any warranty procedures done.
It is 3Dprintivers's responsibility to resolve any issues in accordance with our and the manufacturer/distributor's policies. However as each case differs, we cannot guarantee it will always be to the customer's satisfaction.
The customer can communicate and work with us to resolve any warranty queries, but ultimately the decision and handling of a warranty is the responsibility of the product manufacturer.
Shipping your product back to the manufacturer:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that your returned item will be received at its intended destination.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the manufacturer has received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
1) All refunds will be issued to the original credit card, Paypal account, or payment method account (Google Pay, Apple Pay) that was used.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale, coupon and discounted items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately any items that where purchased while on sale, with a discount or a coupon code, cannot be refunded.
We do not offer any further refunds after a price guarantee has been issued on your order.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@3dprintiverse.com
