Shipping Policy
Free shipping on most items to the lower 48 United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For other destinations, rates are calculated at checkout, or email us at [email protected].
Delivery time: Most orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days after shipping, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page.
No shipping of 3D printers or 3D scanners to PO Boxes: Because these products are large, we can't ship them to PO Boxes. Filament and parts can ship to PO Boxes.
No overnight or expedited shipping unless stated on a specific product.
Customs charges: Some products ship directly from our international manufacturing partners. Import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and brokerage fees are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility. 3DPrintiverse.com does not collect or determine these charges.
International delivery times are estimates only and may extend to 6 to 8 weeks due to customs processing or manufacturing lead times.
What happens after you order:
- Order confirmation email: You'll receive an email with your order details. This means your order is in our system.
- We send your order to the U.S.-based supplier: We pre-authorize your payment method and prepare your shipment.
- Ship and deliver in 5 to 8 business days*: Your payment is processed when your order ships, and delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days from the ship date, if the product is immediately available**.
- Tracking information: We email your tracking number as soon as it's available.
*Some larger products (large 3D printers, 3D scanners, or bulk orders) take longer because they are inspected and shipped by freight carrier. A revised estimate is usually shown in the product description. We can't guarantee carrier delivery times, and delays by carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) are outside our control.
**If a product isn't immediately available, we'll email you an estimated arrival date so you can decide how to proceed.
