Import Duties & Taxes
Some product ships internationally from the manufacturer. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping Terms
Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. This means the seller arranges shipment to your address, but any import duties, taxes, or customs fees must be paid by the customer upon arrival.

Customs Processing
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures, which can cause delivery delays beyond the estimated shipping timeframe.

International Orders & Returns
Due to the nature of international shipping and customs clearance, international orders cannot be returned once shipped, except in cases of manufacturer defect or shipping damage.

Warranty & Technical Support
Warranty claims and technical support are handled directly by the manufacturer. Customers may be directed to the manufacturer for troubleshooting, replacement parts, or warranty service.

Customs Declarations
All international shipments are declared at the actual purchase value in accordance with international trade regulations. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or reduce the declared value.
